Join Our Global Family

At CCC, our people are our greatest asset. We don't just hire those with public relations experience; we hire people who bring unique and relevant experience and perspectives to our trade. Among our staff, we count a former foreign press journalist, morning show producer, bench scientist from a leading oncology center, actor, and countless individuals with lots of letters (e.g., MBA, JD, PhD, MSC, MPH) after their names.

Though we believe our staff is the best, we are always interested in adding more of the best to our diverse family of companies. We invite you to review our current job listings and submit your application.

If you are a graduate/college senior, please visit our Graduate Training Program page to learn more and apply.

Additionally, through our professional training program — second to none in the industry — and our global CSR program, "CCC Giving Back," we strive to keep our team at the top of their game.

CCC offers comprehensive employee benefit packages tailored to each region and country. We listen to our employees and understand the importance of providing competitive health plans, matching 401K plans and flexible hours. We continually assess our employees' needs and adjust our benefit programs to ensure employee satisfaction.

Professional Development

With a rotating schedule of workshops offered nearly every week, CCC's Phase IV Training Program provides some of the best learning opportunities in the industry. Our professional development curriculum aims to keep staff up-to-date on all relevant industry trends, as well as provide them the best tools for professional growth. Training courses include classes on writing style and media pitching skills, team building seminars, FDA and EU regulatory updates, creativity and brainstorming skills courses and much more.

Graduate Training Program

We welcome recent college graduates to apply to our Graduate Training Program, offered in our New York, Washington, DC, Los Angeles and London offices. CCC's Graduate Trainees participate in a hands-on training program in one of six professional tracks: Public Relations/Account Management; Medical Education and Marketing; Market Access; Digital/Social Media; Studio Project Management; or Research and Measurement. Relevant work experience, internships and coursework — particularly in the health sciences — is preferred.
